At Saguaro Peptides, we are committed to providing high-quality research products. Due to the sensitive nature of our items, all sales are generally considered final. However, we review specific cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products that have been improperly stored or handled
- Items returned without prior authorization
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
After review, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped
- Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled
Return Authorization
Returns (if approved) must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was due to our error
